Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Flat rate of 890 JPY (tax incl.) for all domestic orders.
International Shipping
International shipping fees vary by region.
Packages are primarily shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service), though we may use DHL for the United States and certain other regions.

Delivery
When purchasing regular and pre-order items together, shipments will be automatically split.
If multiple pre-order items are purchased, they will be shipped together with the item that has the latest delivery date.
If you wish to receive pre-order items separately, please place your orders in separate carts.
Shipping may be delayed during periods of high order volume or due to operational circumstances.

Even after completing your order, if the ordered items cannot be prepared due to product defects, we may have to cancel your order.

Delivery may be delayed due to carrier busy periods, year-end/new year holidays, or bad weather conditions.
Checking Delivery Status

If you have received a shipment confirmation email
Delivery may take approximately 10 days depending on the customer’s location. Please note this in advance.
If the tracking status shows “address unknown,” this may be due to missing apartment numbers or unknown new addresses. Please contact the Yamato Transport branch in charge and provide the correct address.
If the product has not arrived more than 7 days after receiving the “shipment confirmation email,” or if the tracking status shows another issue, we will investigate the matter in detail.

If an error occurs during credit card pre-authorization
Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., the payment service provider, will contact you by email.
When you receive the email, please follow the instructions and complete the procedure by the stated deadline.
If the procedure is not completed by the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.
Once the procedure is completed and the authorization is approved, we will proceed with shipping the product.
Product Pickup Period
In principle, products must be received within approximately one week from the shipping date.
If you are absent, Yamato Transport will leave a notice of attempted delivery.
Please coordinate your preferred delivery date within the pickup period and ensure you receive the product.
Products will be automatically returned to us under the following conditions:

If you cannot be reached at the contact details on the delivery notice

If your address is unknown

If the product is not picked up within the storage period defined by Yamato Transport
Even if payment has been completed, the product will be automatically returned to us.
Returned products will be treated as declined, and the order will be automatically canceled.
Products that have completed the cancellation process cannot be reshipped.
Please note this in advance.
Extended Absence or Refusal to Receive
Products sent must be received by the customer.
The storage period at Yamato Transport is approximately one week from the shipping date.
Products cannot be forwarded to another address after shipping.
If products are returned due to failure to pick up within the storage period, the customer will be charged for round-trip shipping and packaging costs.
Any bank transfer fees related to payment are the responsibility of the customer.
If payment is not confirmed in the designated account within the period, the case will be treated as intentional non-payment, and legal action may be taken.
If an order is not received due to refusal or extended absence, we may restrict your access to this site.
Please ensure that you receive all ordered products.
