Refund policy

Regarding Product Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges for other products due to customer preference.
In the event of a defective product or wrong delivery, we will provide an exchange. Please check the return policy and contact customer-support@thetoe.life within 7 days of product arrival.

Exchanges cannot be accepted after 7 days from arrival, so please check the condition of the product immediately upon receipt.

After contacting our customer support and confirming the exchange or refund, please return the product using cash-on-delivery shipping.

If there is no stock available for exchange, a refund will be issued.

Please note this in advance.

For returns without prior contact (defective products only), processing may take longer. Please contact support@thetoe.life beforehand.

Returns and exchanges of products purchased through this web store cannot be processed at exhibitions or similar events.

Returns/Exchanges Due to Customer Preference
In principle, returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects are not accepted.

Return Policy
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products delivered more than 7 days ago

  • Products that have been used even once, washed, or altered

  • Products that have absorbed odors while in the customer’s possession

  • Missing or damaged accessories or product packaging (bags, cases, shoeboxes, etc.)

  • Lost purchase receipt or product tags

  • Vintage items

Important Notes

  • Please try on shoes indoors only.

  • Be careful of perfumes, cosmetics, or tobacco odors when trying on products. Items with odors will not be accepted for return.

  • Shoeboxes and product packaging are considered part of the product; returns with shipping labels directly attached to them cannot be accepted.

  • If the returned product (including tags, boxes, and accessories) is significantly different from the condition at delivery, we cannot accept the return.

  • We may request the tracking number of returned packages, so please keep the shipping receipt until the process is complete.

  • Coupons used at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund.

Repairs
We do not perform repairs for scratches, stains, or damages caused while the product is in the customer’s possession.

Additionally, we do not accept repairs for products that have been used even once.
